President: Mrs. Pat Jakupca

Skills and experience: Pat owned and operated an access floor company, North Coast Access Flooring, Inc. for 10 years in Ohio. NCAF was a union shop signatory in several markets in the Midwest including Ohio, New York, Pennsylvania, & West Virginia.  She is well versed in all the day to day paperwork required to successfully complete complex projects with various governmental agencies.

Vice President of Operations: Mr. Dale Jakupca

Skills and experience: Dale has over 25 years of experience in the access flooring business. For a portion of that time, he was V.P of operations for North Coast Access Flooring, a distributor & installer of raised access flooring, and floor finishes in the Midwest. In addition, he brings 6 years experience in the manufacturing and sales of access flooring products with Hitachi Metals.

Carolina Sales: Ms Megan Doran

Skills and experience: Megan, has a background in Mechanical Engineering and has 3 years of manufacturing experience working in the carpet industry for Milliken and Co.
